Ashley James has been named Culinary Director at Dorchester Collection’s The Beverly Hills Hotel

Chef Ashley James has been appointed culinary director of Dorchester Collection's The Beverly Hills Hotel - overseeing the entire culinary operation including all restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. Chef Ashley James joins the hotel with a wealth of experience, with more than 30 years cooking in prestigious kitchens throughout the world - most recently, he was managing director of Culinary at Di Bruno Bros in Philadelphia and previously spent 18 years with the Four Seasons brand.
