The Newest Marriott property in Mumbai - Fairfield by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport announces appointment of Amit Chakraborti as Executive Chef. He will be taking care of overall culinary team.
Amit comes with an extensive experience of 18 years across various luxury, lifestyle and business hotels.
Prior to Joining Fairfield by Marriott, Amit has also worked with Brands like Le Meridien Nagpur as Executive Chef, Lemon Tree Premier Mumbai, Courtyard by Marriott Chakan, Hyatt, Sahara Star and Intercontinental Marine Drive.
In his current role at Fairfield by Marriott Amit will be instrumental in Processes like managing the execution of all operations in culinary department, focusing of guest satisfaction, delight and adding new innovation for the hotel. He will be leading the culinary team while assisting to exceed property goals.
