With over 21 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Saputo brings an exceptional vision and expertise to his new role, where he assumes responsibility for the daily hotel operations to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience, while upholding service standards AKA is known for. He will also oversee the dedicated team of hotel associates fostering a culture of excellence and unparalleled hospitality.
Throughout his career, Saputo has held key leadership positions with world class hotel brands around the country, such as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels, Waldorf Astoria, and Fairmont. Saputo has a strong track record of driving a positive culture through both conventional and creative approaches. Known for enhancing guest experiences and services, Saputo's continuous success is attributable to his endless commitment toward service quality and customer service excellence. Prior to joining AKA, Saputo was Resort Manager at Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort.
