Rafael Torres has been appointed as General Manager at ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

In his new role, Torres will oversee all operations and management of the resort. With 29 years of hospitality experience, Torres' career has spanned an impressive list of countries, including China, Costa Rica, the United States and Mauritius. Prior to joining 'Alohilani Resort, he served as Director of Operations and Interim General Manager at Fairmont Hotel Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where he oversaw hotel operations and led crucial projects, including a multimillion-dollar hotel renovation. Torres has also held leadership roles with various hotel brands such as Armani Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
