With an impressive career spanning 15 years in the high-end hotel and travel industry, Julia brings a wealth of experience and deep passion for this niche sector.
Julia is renowned for her unwavering commitment to excellence and forward-thinking approach to the world of travel and hospitality. Over the course of her career, she has held various key positions in sales and marketing across hotel and resort portfolios in Germany, London, Namibia, and San Francisco. In her most recent position as the Director of Product Development at Classic Vacations, Julia played a pivotal role in supporting luxury properties throughout the Caribbean and Mexico by assisting in optimization of revenue and expanding visibility.
With Julia at the helm, The Shore Club's current six 6-bedroom Estate Villas are poised to continue its legacy in the luxury real estate market, ensuring that discerning buyers experience the epitome of Caribbean living in the heart of Turks and Caicos. Future expansion will keep Julia busy as The Hartling Group has plans to expand with a new project, The Villas at Blue Mountain Resort, which are developmentally controlled by the brand and will feature 8 new villas ranging from 3-6 -bedroom accommodations. These villas will be standalone within an existing private community, and offer exceptional design, amenities, privacy, and views.
In her new role as the Director of Sales, Julia will focus on strengthening brand recognition, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth for the villa division of Hartling Group.
