Ryan Adams

Harrah's Resort Southern California is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Adams to the position of Director of Restaurant Operations across all concepts at the resort. In this new role, Adams will be responsible for managing the resort's day-to-day operations for the food and beverage division, overseeing chefs, service staff, and back of house teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all restaurants to drive continued success for the Harrah's Resort SoCal brand.

A Southern California native, Adams has extensive experience in the hospitality, food & beverage and casino industries and brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. Prior to this appointment, Adams has served as the Senior Stage Manager at Disneyland, the Multi-Unit Operations Manager for Soboba Casino Resort in San Jacinto and the Director of Beverage at Pechanga Resort Casino. Thanks to the depth of knowledge from these roles, Adams is looking forward to sharing his insights and expertise with the property team.

Adams resides in the Inland Empire with his wife and three young children. In his spare time, you can find him with his family, swimming the Pacific Ocean, or hitting up his old stomping grounds at Disneyland for the day. As a passionate sports fan, he can be seen catching a Lakers or Dodgers game, or even rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.
