Palmer comes to Kimpton Everly Hollywood from Sunset Tower Hotel where he was Hotel Manager. His leadership was marked by a keen focus on excellence and innovation, setting new standards in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to his tenure at Sunset Tower, Palmer was at the helm of the Hotel 850 SVB and San Vicente Bungalows, the highly exclusive membership club known for its exceptional service and commercial success. Under his guidance, these properties saw significant expansion, further cementing their status in the luxury hospitality market.

Palmer's career that began with Hilton, where he spent seven years across various U.S. locations, and he has also held leadership positions at the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills.

Palmer attended the prestigious General Managers Program at Cornell University's SC Johnson School of Business, and he also holds a bachelor's degree from Point Park University.
