Granzow's illustrious career includes impactful roles at Kokua Hospitality, Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago, Conrad Chicago, and more. Most recently, Granzow served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Sage Hospitality - The Blackstone Hotel in Chicago, where she managed a diverse on-property team covering sales, catering, event services, marketing, and e-commerce. Her outstanding contributions earned Granzow the Sales Team of the Year award from Sage Hospitality in 2018.
Originally from Glenview, Illinois, Granzow is a graduate of Drake University, where she earned a degree in Political Science and Economics. Her journey into the hospitality industry unfolded after a stint in state politics and government service. Demonstrating a continued commitment to excellence, Granzow has actively engaged in leadership development programs with Sage Hospitality and Hilton, along with professional selling skills and negotiations training with Hyatt. Her philosophy in hospitality revolves around finding creative ways to say yes, embodying a can-do spirit that resonates throughout her teams.
