German Ghelfi has been appointed as Executive Chef at Conrad Punta de Mita
With more than 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, German Ghelfi will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for Conrad Punta de Mita and contribute to the ongoing success of the resort's various dining outlets including signature restaurant Codex, Mezquite and Arbol. With a passion for creating memorable experiences through food and local traditions, his storied career as a culinary leader includes a variety of international roles, previously serving as culinary director and executive chef at Mandarin Oriental Santiago, as well as cluster executive chef at Waldorf Astoria's first property in Latin America, Waldorf Astoria Panama.
