In his extensive career, Sweet has exemplified a steadfast commitment to excellence, consistently exceeding targets and forging enduring global industry partnerships. His deep understanding of the luxury leisure landscape, coupled with strong strategic acumen, positions him as a well-recognized Aurora Anguilla liaison to the industry.
As the Luxury Leisure Sales Leader at Aurora Anguilla, Sweet will play a pivotal role in shaping the resort's leisure sales strategy. A graduate of Wingate University in Wingate, NC, Sweet previously held senior travel industry sales leadership positions with The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of The Caribbean & Mexico, The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott, Grande Lakes Orlando, Loews Hotels/Universal Orlando Resort, and Busch Entertainment Corporation.
