Amit Chawla has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Regency Delhi
Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Delhi, Amit led the food and beverage vertical at Crown Plaza Greater Noida as the Director. His extensive experience also includes roles with other renowned brands such as Aloft and Courtyard by Marriott and participation in task force teams for the pre-opening of hotels such as JW Marriott Jaipur and Fairfield by Marriott in Lucknow, Jodhpur, and Pune. Amit's journey began at Jaypee Palace and Convention Centre, where he started as a hospitality assistant and worked his way up to the prestigious role of Director.
Amit has also earned well-deserved recognition in his career, being named the runner-up in the 'F&B Manager of the Year' category at the prestigious 'Hotelier's India Award 2021'. Additionally, in 2021, he was honoured with the title of 'Departmental Leader of the Year' during his tenure at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. These accolades are a testament to his outstanding contributions and leadership in the food and beverage industry.
