Suveer Sodhi has been appointed as Cluster General Manager at Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road
Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road are delighted to announce the appointment of Suveer Sodhi as the new Cluster General Manager. With over 17 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality sector, Sodhi brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to his new role. His last role was as the General Manager of Alila Diwa Goa and the Diwa Club, a luxury Hyatt Resort, where he rendered services for the last four and a half years.
His career is punctuated with accolades, including being named the F&B Professional of the Year by Vir Sanghvi in 2016 and his inclusion in Hozpitality's 30 Most Popular General Managers in India for 2023. Sodhi's leadership is characterized by his exceptional team management abilities and inspirational guidance, which have earned him admiration and respect within the industry.
Having studied at the University of Huddersfield and the Institute of Hotel Management in Aurangabad, Sodhi's journey in the hospitality industry began with a solid foundation in education. He honed his skills early on as a Management Trainee in F&B at the Hyatt Regency New Delhi before ascending to pivotal roles such as General Manager of Operations at DLF Restaurants Limited and Director of Food and Beverage at Aman Resorts and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
