With an illustrious career spanning almost 25 years in the hospitality industry, Benito brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for excellence to Casa Chablé. A hands-on, empathetic and energetic leader, Benito's career includes senior leadership positions with Grand Palladium Colonial and Grand Palladium Kantehan as Food & Beverage Manager, TRS Yucatan by Palladium as Deputy Director and most recently as General Manager of Distrito Panamera Boutique Hotels, where she distinguished herself by fostering a culture of exceptional service, innovation, and sustainability. Having been at the helm of various luxury portfolios, Benito has strong operational and strategy skills and is well-versed in providing memorable experiences for guests. Fluent in English, Spanish, German and Italian, her multilingual abilities set her apart and will enable her to establish meaningful relationships with guests to provide a highly personal approach to service that encompasses all nationalities and backgrounds. Benito's proven track record in luxury hospitality management, coupled with a deep understanding of Mexico's unique cultural and natural landscape as a Tulum native, positions her as the ideal leader to guide Casa Chablé into its next chapter of success.
