Ms. Bhatia began her journey with IHCL as a Management Trainee in 2014, quickly advancing to strategic positions as Restaurant Manager at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi and Corporate Director - The Chambers where she played a crucial role in the brand's expansion. With an MBA in Global Hospitality Management from the esteemed Les Roches Switzerland, Ms. Bhatia possesses a global perspective and an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry. A firm believer in empowering through trust and inspiring through action, she embodies a leadership philosophy centred on fostering cooperation, developing potential and delivering results.
