Fred Khoury has been appointed as General Manager at Point Grace
Grace Bay Resorts, the boutique owner, developer and operator of the finest luxury resorts and branded residences in Turks and Caicos, is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred Khoury as General Manager of Point Grace. In his role as General Manager, Khoury will supervise all operational aspects of Point Grace, upholding Grace Bay Resorts' commitment to providing excellent service and guest satisfaction. With an extensive background in hotel management, sales, marketing and leadership, Khoury is poised to lead Point Grace through its $180 million expansion project.
Khoury is a seasoned hospitality professional whose expertise lies in combining marketing acumen with sales experience to strategically position hotels, drive revenue gains, and enhance market share. In his most recent role as Vice President of Sales & Digital Marketing at Magna Hospitality, Khoury provided oversight for hotels across the United States, growing the company through the implementation of successful sales and marketing initiatives. Prior, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Highgate Hotels, overseeing a portfolio of thirty hotels in the CALA region, including Key West, Peru, Puerto Rico, and luxury properties in Florida. Khoury also served as Vice President of Sales at Trust Hospitality Management Company, General Manager of The Hotel of South Beach in Miami, Florida, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Viceroy Miami Hotel & Residences. Khoury holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from College LaSalle in Montreal, Quebec, and is fluent in English, French, Greek, and Lebanese, with conversational knowledge of Spanish. A Cyprus native, Khoury's passion for the industry blossomed during his formative years in Montreal, Canada, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from College LaSalle.
