Jason Abrams has been appointed as Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, Surf City's most iconic beachfront resort, today announces the appointment of Jason Abrams as Director of Rooms. Abrams will direct the daily accommodation operations of the 519-room property, bringing over a decade of hospitality leadership and management experience to the resort.
With over 20 years of hospitality across the United States, Abrams has held positions at multiple resorts within the Hyatt portfolio for more than a decade. He comes to Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach from Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine, where he served as Director of Operations since April 2022. Starting his career in food and beverage as an Assistant Executive Steward at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, he quickly ascended to the roles of Executive Steward, In-Room Dining Manager and eventually Outlet's Director. Abrams then assumed the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Grand Hyatt San Francisco and later the Convention & Sales Manager at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. He returned to Hyatt Hotels to serve at Director of Operations at Andaz West Hollywood before his most recent role at Hyatt Regency La Jolla.
Abrams' achievements include Leader of the Quarter at Hyatt Regency Maui, Grand Hyatt San Francisco and Andaz West Hollywood. He brings a strong expertise in hospitality management, hotel, food and beverage operations, events, profitability, budgeting and forecasting to Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach.
