Joslin Fuentes has been appointed as General Manager at Chablé Maroma

Fuentes brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality, having gained strong operational skills working for InterContinental Hotels Group and Karisma Hotels & Resorts where she managed multiple properties. Notably, Fuentes was part of the team which launched the first overwater bungalows in Latin America during her stint at Hotel Dorado Maroma and Palafitos. She is results-driven and has a particularly strong background in guest relations which fuels her passion for providing memorable moments for guests, ensuring she is well-equipped to expand the hotel's experiences programme which will be a key focus as she leads the property into the future.
