Pedro Dias has been appointed as General Manager at El Encanto, Santa Barbara
El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel, a serene hideaway overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountains, announced today the appointment of Pedro Dias as general manager. Dias will oversee all aspects of hotel operations in his new role, from managing day-to-day staffing to maintaining the hotel's exemplary service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
Dias joins El Encanto with over twenty-five years of luxury hospitality experience. Most recently, he co-founded the boutique consulting firm FORTY-ONE NORTH, where he advised hospitality partners on best practices surrounding business strategy, customer experience design, operational optimization and sustainability. Throughout his career, Dias has worked with prestigious brands like Leading Hotels of the World, The Luxury Collection, and St. Regis across the U.S., Europe and the Caribbean. He holds a Bachelor of Science in hotel management from The Porto School of Hospitality and Tourism in Portugal.
