Mahesh Jay has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Indigo Exeter
Jay's extensive hospitality journey includes prestigious roles such as head chef at Novotel, Cardiff, executive chef at Taj Coromandel, and operations manager at Park Inn by Radisson, Cardiff. He has also led several high-profile properties as general manager, including Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol, and Ibis Styles Manchester Portland Hotel.
In his new role at Hotel Indigo Exeter, he will focus on refining the hotel's offerings and strengthening its position as a leading player in Exeter's hospitality scene. His leadership will be crucial in achieving the hotel's ambitious growth goals over the next three years, which include enhancing the guest experience, fostering a culture of excellence, and further developing the in-house team.
