Kostas Sfaltos has been appointed as Managing Director at The Berkeley and The Emory

Kostas Sfaltos has been appointed as the new general manager of The Berkeley and The Emory in Belgravia, succeeding Knut Wylde, who left in July after a decade with Maybourne. These two luxury hotels are part of the prestigious Maybourne collection, which also includes Claridge's and The Connaught in London, as well as The Maybourne Riviera and The Maybourne Beverly Hills. Sfaltos joins the team from his previous role as managing director of the Bvlgari Hotel in Knightsbridge. His 30-year career in hospitality also includes leadership positions such as general manager of the Old Aldwych Hotel and hotel manager during the launch of Café Royal.

In his new role, Sfaltos will also oversee Maybourne's new longevity Member's Club, Surrenne, which offers four floors of wellbeing amenities below The Emory. Excited about this new chapter, Sfaltos looks forward to contributing to the dynamic and innovative teams at Maybourne.
