Dorian Franklyn Phillips has been appointed as General Manager at the Art Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

Most recently, Phillips served as General Manager at The Benson Hotel in Aurora, Colorado where he championed the organization with a steadfast commitment to excellence. Before The Benson, he spent over five years with Commonwealth Hotels, continually improving upon his skill set while holding key leadership roles, including Director of Food & Beverage, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. Throughout his tenure, Phillips successfully led teams, harnessed expertise in banquets and events, streamlined operations, and improved financial performance, further enhancing his reputation as a trusted and results-driven leader.

In addition to his extensive experience, Phillips possesses two degrees from the renowned Culinary Institute of America: a bachelor's in culinary arts management and an associate's in occupational studies in culinary arts. This educational background gives him a distinctive outlook on hospitality, combining operational knowledge with an acute grasp of leadership.
