Mitchell Husbands has been appointed as Executive Chef at O2 Beach Club & Spa

Chef Mitchell Husbands, an accomplished Barbados national, has numerous accolades, including Barbados' Chef of the Year (2007), ACF Americas Chef Competition winner (2008), and Caribbean Chef of the Year (2011). Most recently, he spent eight years as Executive Chef at Nonsuch Bay Resort in Antigua, where he showcased modern cuisine with fresh local ingredients. He's also led several kitchens from notable restaurants including those at St. Peters Bay Luxury Residences, Port Ferdinand Marina, The Sea Shed Restaurant, and Marriott's Turtle Beach Resort, part of the Elegant Hotels Group.
