With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years in the hospitality industry—and most recently serving as General Manager of Las Brisas Acapulco, one of Mexico's most iconic hotels—Ricardo brings a wealth of expertise and a distinctive leadership style to NIZUC. His extensive experience in operational and strategic management, talent development, resource optimization, and brand reputation enhancement has earned him recognition for transforming properties and guiding teams toward operational excellence.

A native of Venezuela and a long-time resident of Mexico, Ricardo has cultivated a profound passion for hospitality. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions at renowned hotel chains, including Mundo Imperial, Banyan Tree, and InterContinental Hotels Group.
