Kannan Sankaran has joined HVS Consulting & Valuation as Managing Director
HVS, the leader in global hospitality consulting, is pleased to announce that Kannan Sankaran has joined the HVS Consulting & Valuation division in Washington, D.C., as Managing Director.
Kannan will work with clients to assist them in making strategic investment decisions throughout the entirety of a hospitality asset's life cycle, ranging from development and acquisition through repositioning and disposition.
Kannan's knowledge and client-focused approach allow him to offer guidance and provide solutions rooted in information and data that are supported by market-based evidence and intelligence. He is driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their investment goals and by the hospitality industry's global importance to both the economy and society.
Previously, Kannan held a position as Senior Vice President of CBRE Hotels in Washington, D.C., where he conducted hospitality advisory engagements across the United States, including the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as in Canada, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Germany, Japan, England, and South Korea.
