Fernando Santana has been appointed as Managing Director at Grand Hyatt Vail
In his new role, Santana will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, financial performance, staff management, and revenue optimization.
Bringing over 30 years of experience, Santana has held several managerial positions at other Hyatt properties. At Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, Hyatt Centric Key West in Florida, and Hyatt Regency Frisco in Texas, he served as general manager, leading resort operations and revenue management.
