Monika Mulder has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Great Scotland Yard Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

An accomplished director spanning 20 years in the luxury hotel industry, Monika began her career in the Front Office at Swissotel Chicago and over the years, transitioned from Reservations & Revenue to her true passion in Sales & Marketing. Monika's career path was largely shaped within Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she held key roles at multiple London properties and was part of the pre-opening teams for hotels in Prague and Bratislava. Previously, as Co-Founder and CMO of TIPHospitality, Monika co-launched a hospitality lifestyle mobile platform, building its brand identity and executing a targeted marketing strategy. Her earlier roles as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury Mayfair, Luxury Collection and Sheraton Hotels further honed her ability to deliver revenue growth through bespoke sales and marketing initiatives, high-impact partnerships and creative brand activations. As Commercial Director at The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences in London, Monika was part of the transition to new management, developing a fresh commercial strategy and repositioning the hotel in the luxury leisure market. Her innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships helped drive brand visibility, culminating in the hotel being recognised as Best Urban Hotel in the UK 2023 by CN Johansens.
