With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality realm, Sujit brings an exceptional blend of operational expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to his new role.
Mr. Sujit started his career in 2008 as a Trainee caption at GRT Grand, Chennai. His career spans renowned hospitality brands, including Taj Lands' End, Mumbai, where he progressed from Butler to Assistant Trainee Restaurant Manager, gaining invaluable experience in luxury guest services and premium lounge operations. He further honed his skills at The Leela Mumbai, where he played a key role as Assistant Restaurant Manager at the renowned Citrus Coffee Shop, overseeing service excellence and operational efficiency.
His journey with Marriott International began in 2018 at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, where he made significant contributions in various capacities, including Assistant Restaurant Manager at JW Café and Romano's, In-Room Dining Manager, Banquet Operations Manager, and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. His tenure was marked by innovation in service delivery, meticulous banquet planning, and a steadfast focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
In his new role at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Sujit will head the F&B operations, curate innovative dining experiences, and implement industry-leading standards to elevate the hotel's culinary offerings. His expertise in guest engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the hotel's food and beverage landscape.
