Gretchen Holzhauser has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland
Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland today announced the appointment of GRETCHEN HOLZHAUSER as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Holzhauser will lead human resources activities across the property to further develop a culture focused on Team Members, first-class customer service, and community along with workforce development and career growth opportunities.
Ms. Holzhauser has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and eight years of experience in executive HR roles. Prior to joining Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland, Ms. Holzhauser served as Vice President of Human Resources and Privacy and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer for Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania; Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Operational Excellence & HRIS for Scarlet Pearl Casino & Resort in D'Iberville, Mississippi; and Corporate Director of Operational Excellent and Corporate Manager of Operational Excellence at Caesars Entertainment in Nevada, New Jersey, and Louisiana. In these roles, Ms. Holzhauser emphasized process improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize operations.
Ms. Holzhauser earned a bachelor's degree in general studies at Southeastern Louisiana University.
