In his most recent role as the Executive Pastry Chef at Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa, Murugun not only led the creation of exceptional pastries and desserts, but also provided training to the assistant pastry chefs, kept track of the daily operations of the kitchen staff, prepared the budgets according to the supplies and sales, and maintained the inventory and cost control within the budgetary restrictions.
