Kiran Bhadauria has been appointed as Rooms Division Manager at Novotel Pune
Novotel Pune has appointed Kiran Bhadauria as its new Rooms Division Manager. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings expertise in housekeeping operations, guest service excellence, and team leadership.
Known for attention to detail and efficiency, she has played a key role in implementing brand experience standards and stringent hygiene measures during the pandemic. Areas of expertise include guest room management, horticulture, team training, and time management.
Before joining Novotel Pune, Bhadauria has served as the Executive Housekeeper at The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas and Grand Hyatt Kochi. Previous leadership roles include positions at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, Hyatt Regency Pune, The Leela Mumbai, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, and The Oberoi Mumbai.
In the new role, she will focus on enhancing guest experiences and maintaining high service standards at Novotel Pune.
