The Estate is proud to announce the appointment of Kenneth Ryan as Chief Longevity Officer (CLO), a pioneering role created to support the brand's mission of redefining ultra-luxury living through longevity science and personalized wellness. One of the first positions of its kind in the industry, this appointment marks a significant step toward establishing The Estate as a global leader in longevity-based luxury wellness.
As Chief Longevity Officer, Ryan will drive the global strategy and implementation of wellness, longevity medicine, fitness, and spa initiatives across The Estate's luxury hotels, residences and urban centers.
Kenneth Ryan is a seasoned global hospitality executive with over 27 years of experience in luxury wellness, spa, leisure and retail operations.il. As the former Vice President of Global Operations for Spa, Fitness, and Retail at Marriott International, he oversaw the world's largest hospitality spa portfolio, comprising over 650 locations and generating $500 million in annual revenue. Ryan has been a key architect behind the wellness strategies for Marriott's luxury brand portfolio, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, EDITION Hotels, W Hotels, and JW Marriott, with 46 of these properties earning 4 and 5-Star Forbes Spa Awards in 2024.
Ryan's role will introduce AI-driven health assessments, biological age tracking, and personalized bio-optimization programs tailored for each guest. He will also spearhead collaborations with leading biotech firms, medical institutions, and longevity experts to bring cutting-edge therapies and exclusive wellness technologies to The Estate.
Beyond guest experiences, Ryan will oversee multidisciplinary teams across wellness, F&B, spa, and medical operations, ensuring synergy and excellence - always keeping wellness at the forefront. He will also develop high-value offerings such as exclusive retreats, membership programs, branded wellness products, and longevity-focused experiences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
