A seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of industry experience, Dinnall will lead all aspects of the hotel's operations, team development, and guest experience, continuing the Andaz tradition of bold design and creative spirit.
Dinnall's accomplished hospitality background has been shaped by more than two decades of leadership within the Hyatt brand and beyond. Prior to joining the team at Andaz West Hollywood, he served as General Manager of the Waterfront Hotel - JDV by Hyatt in Oakland, California, where he established key airline partnerships and expanded the hotel's crew business, resulting in consistent occupancy and enhanced guest satisfaction. He previously held senior roles at Grand Hyatt San Francisco, including Director of Operations and Director of Rooms, where he played a key role in driving operational performance and team development. Dinnall also served as General Manager with Diamond Resorts in Scottsdale and Las Vegas, overseeing capital improvement projects and navigating transitional periods across both properties.
Andaz West Hollywood features 219 guest rooms and 21 extravagant suites, various dining outlets, the highest rooftop pool bar in Los Angeles which underwent a half-million-dollar renovation in 2022, multiple private event spaces and spectacular views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown Los Angeles.
