Alfredo joins the award-winning property with over two decades of experience leading sales strategies at some of the world's most prestigious hotels, including Four Seasons Hotel Miami, The Setai, and The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. Known for his results-driven approach and collaborative leadership style, Alfredo brings a strong foundation in both leisure and group sales, as well as deep-rooted relationships across the luxury travel sector.

In his new role, Alfredo will oversee the resort's sales strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to grow revenue, elevate brand positioning, and support The St. Regis Bal Harbour's continued evolution as one of the country's premier oceanfront destinations.

His appointment comes at a moment of great momentum for the resort, which was just recognized with Forbes Travel Guide's 2025 Hotel Star Bars award for its signature St. Regis Bar. The prestigious accolade honors Star-Rated hotels and their bars for exceptional beverage programming, presentation, and luxurious service, underscoring the resort's commitment to excellence across every guest touchpoint.
