Larelle Fitt has been appointed as Director of Sales at Novotel Geelong

Novotel Geelong is proud to announce the appointment of Larelle Fitt as its new Director of Sales, bringing with her over 25 years of experience across the tourism, hospitality, and events sectors.

A long-time advocate for the regional visitor economy, Larelle is well known for her unwavering dedication to building strong, community-connected tourism experiences. Her career began on the Great Ocean Road, where she owned and operated a motel, and played a transformative role in the Apollo Bay Music Festival, guiding it to new levels of financial sustainability and community impact.

Her extensive leadership experience includes several 4 and 5-star properties including Novotel Geelong, Mantra Lorne, Novotel Barossa Valley Resort, Sheraton Melbourne, and Novotel Melbourne on Collins. Most recently, she held the role of Group Head of Conferencing & Events at The Sharp Group, where she led a dynamic portfolio of high-performing event operations.

Larelle is a Certified Company Director through the Institute of Community Directors Australia and currently serves as Deputy Chair and Business Events Skills-Based Board Member at Tourism Greater Geelong & The Bellarine, experience that will be invaluable in her role at Novotel Geelong.
