With over a decade of managing boutique hotels and destination retreats, Parris recently led a 40-acre eco-retreat in Florida and contributed to repositioning a nationally recognized boutique property in Utah. She will focus on optimizing operations, elevating guest service, and advancing Costanoa's sustainability mission.
