An experienced hotelier, Ken has worked forMillennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand for over 20 years in various managerial and operational positions in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. Ken stepped down from his most recent role with the company as Vice President of Operations in June 2025 to relocate to the South Island.

Ken's appointment comes at an exciting time for Millennium Hotel Queenstown as the property readies to unveil a refurbishment of its 220 rooms, including 15 suites. As one of Queenstown's great conference hotels, it is home to the biggest hotel ballroom in the alpine town and can host up to 600 guests' theatre-style.
