Jeremy Metz has been appointed Executive Chef at Rosewood Baha Mar in Nassau

Today, Rosewood Baha Mar is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Metz to Executive Chef of Café Boulud, The Bahamas. With over two decades of expertise honed at award-winning establishments across the globe, Chef Metz is exceptionally well-suited to helm Chef Daniel Boulud's celebrated French-American restaurant.
Prior to joining Rosewood Baha Mar, Chef Metz served as the Corporate Executive Chef for The Taste Boulevard Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, he worked closely with acclaimed Chef Alain Ducasse to successfully oversee the pre-opening and opening phases of Benoit Restaurant. In Riyadh, Chef Metz also spearheaded the launch of Maiz Restaurant by Al Khozama Management Company. Previously, he served as Executive Chef at Moskito Island, Virgin Limited Edition, and Executive Sous Chef at Oil Nut Bay in the British Virgin Islands among other positions around the world.
A French native, Chef Metz possesses a profound passion for culinary technique and a commitment to exceptional service. In his new role, Chef Metz will uphold Café Boulud's esteemed reputation for classic French cuisine while marrying it with Bahamian hospitality. Drawing inspiration from Chef Daniel Boulud's four culinary muses - La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager, and Le Voyage - Chef Metz will thoughtfully design a menu filled with seasonal Caribbean ingredients, creating a truly unique culinary experience exclusive to Rosewood Baha Mar.
