Mariana Hauri has been appointed as senior sales manager of groups at Thompson Miami Beach

Thompson Miami Beach, scheduled to open in Fall 2025 on Washington Avenue near the oceanfront and key South Beach landmarks, has appointed Mariana Hauri as senior sales manager for group business. Hauri joins the hotel's opening team with a remit to secure group and corporate events and to help position the property as a premier destination for sophisticated gatherings.

Hauri brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, restaurant group sales, and event management. She most recently served as sales manager at EAST Miami, leading group and corporate sales for the 352-key luxury hotel in Brickell. Earlier, she was part of the opening and sales leadership team at Gale Miami Hotel & Residences and previously held the role of Director of Sales for the 87-key Gale South Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, and the 260-key Shelborne South Beach, where she consistently exceeded revenue goals. Her background also includes group dining and special events roles with 50 Eggs and Cafeina Wynwood Lounge.

At Thompson Miami Beach, Hauri will showcase the hotel's architecturally distinctive venues and leverage her market knowledge to drive openings performance and establish the property as a leading choice for group experiences in Miami.
