Jim Hutchinson III brings more than 20 years of senior hospitality experience, most recently as Regional Performance Manager at Visions Hotels, where he oversaw a 22-property portfolio with over $60 million in annual sales. He has also held executive leadership roles at BlueSky Hospitality Solutions and has extensive experience with Hilton, IHG, and Marriott brands.

In addition to his hotel expertise, Hutchinson draws on a rich background in country club and yacht club management. This unique combination of experiences brings fresh perspective to Hutton Brickyards, where the property's riverfront setting naturally aligns with his vision for activating the Hudson River and weaving in elements of both leisure and hospitality.
