With nearly two decades of experience across the Four Seasons portfolio, William has a proven track record of leadership in hotel operations, food and beverage, and guest services.

William Panaretos

A Massachusetts native, William began his Four Seasons career in Palm Beach and has since held leadership roles at properties including Hualalai, Hong Kong, Houston, Punta Mita, and most recently Vail, where he served as Resort Manager. With deep expertise in food and beverage, William has overseen multiple restaurant renovations, rebranding, and openings, partnering with celebrated chefs and hospitality groups to deliver innovative dining experiences. He has honed a sharp eye for menu engineering, profitability, and labour efficiencies, making him a valued leader across the brand.

Drawing on this experience as well as his background in residential operations, Panaretos will lead the hotel's day-to-day management, ensuring seamless operations and the highest levels of personalized guest service.
