Amir Nematipour

Amir Nematipour joins the team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole as Resort Manager, bringing nearly a decade of Four Seasons experience and a lifelong passion for hospitality to his new role. Since joining the company in 2016, Nematipour has built a distinguished career across several iconic destinations, including Four Seasons Lāna'i in Lānaʻi, Hawaii, and Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel.

Nematipour's most recent appointment was as Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i, in Lānaʻi, Hawaii. In this capacity, Nematipour oversaw the renovation of two key dining outlets - Nobu and Mozza. He also collaborated with local farmers and vendors to introduce a pop-up activation centered on sustainability as well as launched a new beach restaurant concept with a custom Airstream. Prior to his time in Hawaii, Nematipour worked as Executive Chef at the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, as well as held leadership roles outside the brand in luxury hotels across the Middle East and Europe.

A graduate of Hogeschool van Amsterdam and the Horeca Academie, Nematipour is fluent in Dutch, English and Farsi. Born in Tehran, Iran, and raised in Amsterdam, his passion for food and travel began at an early age, reinforced by his globetrotting, adventurous family. In his personal time, Nematipour enjoys exploring new destinations with his fiancée, Yullia, and their French bulldog, Leah. They are excited to embrace Jackson Hole's mountain lifestyle and trade their Hawaiian flip-flops for Jackson Hole snow boots.
