Atlantis Paradise Island appoints Chef Philippe Agnese, Vice President Culinary Operations.

As Vice President of Culinary Operations at Atlantis Paradise Island, Chef Agnese will oversee the resorts impressive collection of over 40 restaurants, bars, and lounges with celebrity chef culinary masterpieces, including Atlantis' three Michelin-starred chef restaurants: Fish by José Andrés, Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, and Paranza by Michael White; plus, FIELDTRIP by James Beard Foundation award-winning Chef JJ Johnson, and many other beloved Bahamian chefs and restaurateurs.

Hailing from France, Chef Agnese brings over 40 years of hospitality experience from prestigious venues across Europe and Asia, including 25 years of international culinary leadership proficiency. He has previously served as the Culinary Director, at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, Executive Chef at the City of Dreams Resort in Manila Philippines, Director of Culinary at Capella Hotels & Resorts, as well time spent at Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Peninsula, Capella Sanya, and most recently, The Imperial New Delhi.
