The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio proudly announces the appointment of Brian Huchingson as its new Director of Sales & Marketing, marking an exciting addition to the hotel's leadership team. In this role, Huchingson will oversee all marketing strategy and brand communications, driving initiatives that elevate the hotel's presence in the San Antonio market and enhance guest engagement along the River Walk. He will also direct all sales operations for the 473-room property, encompassing group, transient, and meetings and events segments. In addition, Huchingson will provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the sales team, foster cross-department collaboration, and implement initiatives designed to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Huchingson brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience spanning sales, revenue management and commercial strategy. Most recently, he served as Director of Commercial Services for Zachry Hotels, supporting Hilton Palacio del Rio and overseeing revenue operations for two Embassy Suites properties in San Antonio. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles with Hilton Worldwide, Omni Hotels, and Sage Hospitality, where he led teams to record-setting performance in revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Huchingson has been recognized for his strategic leadership and collaborative approach, developing innovative marketing solutions that have strengthened brand positioning and driven long-term success.
