Ritten brings over 30 years of managerial experience to his new role. He joins Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa from The HALL Park Hotel in Frisco, TX where he served as General Manager through the hotel's opening in 2024. Prior to that, Ritten held the position of Managing Director at Loews Philadelphia Hotel, where he oversaw all aspects of hotel operations from managing teams to revenue forecasting. Throughout his career Ritten has also served as General Manager for several prominent properties, including Loews Chicago Hotel O'Hare, Omni Hotel Chicago, and The Silversmith Hotel. He possesses deep expertise in sales and financial management, complemented by a strong foundation in food, beverage and hotel operations.
