Alejandra Esquivel has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve - one of just nine Ritz-Carlton Reserves in the world - has appointed Alejandra Esquivel as Director of Sales and Marketing, further strengthening its Commercial leadership team and reinforcing the resort's focus on elevated guest connection across all channels.
Esquivel previously served as Director of Sales for Zadún, where she played a key role in driving performance across luxury leisure, group business, and international markets. Her contribution was recognised with Ritz-Carlton's Five-Star Leader award in Q2 2024.
Before joining Zadún, Esquivel built her career within Marriott International, rising through the sales ranks at The St. Regis Mexico City, where she held positions as Senior Leisure Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager. She also gained broad commercial experience across multiple Marriott-branded properties in Costa Rica.
