Giusy Guarracino has been appointed as Managing Director at Hotel La Palma Capri
A timeless landmark of Italian elegance, and a masterpiece within Oetker Hotels, Hotel La Palma is pleased to announce the appointment of Giusy Guarracino as its new Managing Director, effective 1st January 2026.
Ms. Guarracino, a Capri native, joined Hotel La Palma in 2022 serving as Executive Head of Sales, Reservations & Revenue. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional expertise in driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and surpassing RevPAR and sale targets. She has also spearheaded strategic sales and promotional campaigns to enhance rooms and F&B performance, entailing cross-departmental collaboration.
With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Ms. Guarracino brings a wealth of knowledge that will guide the property into its next chapter. Prior to joining Hotel La Palma, she held senior sales leadership positions at prestigious properties across Europe, including the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento and Rocco Forte Hotels in Rome and Florence. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to manage high-end international markets, foster strong client relationships, and deliver robust results.
