Tyler Alford has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Crossroads Hotel

Crossroads Hotel is proud to announce the appointment of Tyler Alford as Food & Beverage Director of Crossroads, where he will oversee the hotel's trio of signature venues: Lazia, XR Café, and the rooftop favorite, Percheron. With a proven track record in shaping standout culinary and beverage programs, Alford brings a dynamic, guest-forward vision that will continue to elevate the hotel's dining experience across each concept.

Alford brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience, from managing a small luxury hotel in Jackson Hole to supporting the bar program at seven-time James Beard Award-winning Commander's Palace. He has also been part of the opening team for over 25 restaurants, including more than half of the current Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar locations.

Alford additionally thrives on collaborating with teams that take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. When he's not shaping hospitality moments, he enjoys diving into the details, whether it's spreadsheets, OpenTable, POS integrations, or exploring the nuances of Pinot Noir.

Alford is passionate about creative concepts that challenge industry standards. In his free time, Tyler enjoys watching his son play soccer and going on family hikes with his wife and their two dogs, Cloud and Cider.
