Sheila Buciuman has been appointed as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage

With over two decades of luxury hospitality experience and a deep passion for The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, Sheila is a dynamic leader who fosters a culture of excellence, consistently exceeding guest expectations, driving business growth and profitability, and leading her teams with compassion and accountability. She joins The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage from The St. Regis Houston, where she served as the General Manager and executed the reimagination of the Food & Beverage holiday traditions, strengthened brand presence, and optimized financial performance.

Prior to that, Buciuman expanded her expertise as Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, and before that, she was the Director of Operations at The St. Regis Atlanta. Her journey in the luxury hospitality sector began at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, where she advanced through leadership roles before transferring to The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Oconee and Buckhead properties.
