A respected food and beverage leader with over 20 years of experience, Rashad K. Brown most recently served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. Throughout his career, Brown has built a reputation for balancing high-level operational performance with award-winning service. In his new role, he will oversee the resort's diverse dining outlets, focusing on elevating the property's signature culinary programs and cultivating high-performing, service-driven teams.
