A seasoned luxury hospitality leader, Dubort returns to Paris with more than 25 years of experience across the world's most prestigious hotel brands including Four Seasons, The Peninsula, Dorchester Collection, Waldorf Astoria, and Mandarin Oriental. Most recently, Dubort served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Muscat, Oman, where he spearheaded the successful opening of the luxury destination. Under his leadership, the property quickly established itself as the benchmark for luxury hotels in the city.

Dubort's career spans across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and China, shaping a globally informed approach to hospitality deeply rooted in a commitment to cultural authenticity, meaningful connections, and performance-driven results.
